Your correct in stating still only 193m shares on issue which is a big bonus for us, the number of shares in my opinion will probably be around the 250m mark once the equity portion is all sorted, we will have funding to develop and produce we are still sitting on a low number of shares. The extra shares will also probably be in the hands of longer term players. We will then move on to over 100m MC all cashed up and a product which is 100% sold (this is actually unbelievable!!). We will then have funds/institutions falling over each other to grab a slice and before you know it $1 will look cheap. On top of that the output will double to 150k tonnes and by then we will be receiving dividends close to what the stock price is today.
