Good to see ECM once again has announced on it websites of its intentions to partner up with Enerji.

"Strategic partnership executed with Enerji Ltd

ECM is excited to announce it has finalised the definitive and binding documentation required to execute its Subscription Agreement and Strategic Partnership with Enerji Ltd as outlined in its June 21 media statement.

Under the terms of the Agreement, ECM will subscribe to a Share Placement for A$2,500,000 at a price $0.015 per share and provide a A$2,000,000 convertible note facility to Enerji.

Adam Boyd will also be appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Enerji and then CEO & Managing Director upon completion of the Share Placement.

The deal will see the Company construct Enerji’s first project, a new carbon neutral waste heat recovery power plant, and will also see Simon Higgins, CEO and Managing Director of ECM, appointed to the Enerji Board as a Non-Executive Director, upon completion of the Share Placement."
