Down to approx $83 a unit wholesale now? Mercury Pharma in to another area it supposedly wasn't released for?
They may sell $1.6m worth, but if the gross margin keeps evaporating then it won't actually change much?
At most they have been able to get a 10% gross margin from what I can see, so on those figures this deal is likey to only bring them $200k max in gross profit margin imo.
Good see they kept the "get out clauses"
