On the face of it there is a lot to like given the company is a lot larger and duplicate costs can be taken out some synergies realised. It will come down to how skilled mgmt is at getting both businesses on the same page and a consistent strategy ect. Keytone is so small that there shouldn't be too many 'cultural' or ethos issues.

One thing though, did they say the new factory was on track for the end of this calendar year? I know they were saying 'mid calendar year' so there might be a few months' delay on the new factory.
