I have being reasonably critical of the gold play with this stock. I felt for a small cap miner with limited resources it would drain the capital without getting either to market.
Today's announcement is great from a progression point of view. I feel like RNU have already being bullied to some extent on the margins, 20% on the resource is low. In saying that it costs RNU nothing and the risk sits with Rio on exploration
From my point of view this is the most proactive announcement in the last twelve months from the business. Hopefully management continue with a clear direction on the graphite and find another partner for the mythical gold resource....
