the discounted valuation contained in the Independent Research Report of $0.64 is very conservative. It does not contain any of the upside from the potential expansion above 40,000tpa contained in the last 3 ASX announcements, conservative pricing of premium product, or the potential blue sky of projects outside of Lindi. IMO the price today is orders of magnitude undervalued. I cannot understand why people are selling. Buy and hold for the dividends (which if you look at analysis of some knowledgeable posters or do your own calcs it is quite reasonable to see they will repay your entire purchase price in a few years- leaving 20+yrs of free carried substantial dividends after).
