Their buying network and industry connections from the wide range of commodities they deal with on a global scale will be very much a huge bonus for both parties and most certainly has future expansion of our original self imposed 40K TPA output written all over it.

Having a 5 year deal to market our product gives everyone time to build and develop those end user relationships in order to grow into known markets and establish new opportunities.

Its most definitely a a massive WIN WIN opportunity as they will continously develop graphite markets across their global network with our branded Lindi Jumbo graphite products.

I see great things coming from this relationship.

The working capital facility will make the initial balancing of monies so much easier for the company once it leaves the dock and suits us today while we get into inital production.

This is fundamentally a GREAT announcement and a GREAT business relationship in the making.
