    Bfs probably needs to be tweaked for prod'n levels required to meet Traxys requirements. This is a smaller capex than original prodn levels proposed. Traxys wants equity in the battery business. Their share of 1b shares is a drop in the bucket to unlock graphite markets across Europe and across multiple industries, not just EVs. Adios China. Muppets take a hike.
