Well they are entering a large contract with them to purchase the product and we are quite a long way from being operational, now that they have a contract with us it prevents them from signing contract with other suppliers for that material, so they are taking on some sort of risk by signing this agreement for us as if we don't deliver they have wasted their time... thats the price we pay since they could just go sign with someone who is already operational!
