wait what.....MNS have to pay Traxys 700k shares (so ~AUD300k) and 1.3m options as a 'marketing fee'

and Magnis has to do an updated BFS, secure financing and sort out the issues with Tanzania Ministry of Minerals all in the space of 9 mths.......something they have not managed to do since 2016 when they finalised the initial BFS......despite various MOUs & EPC contracts etc etc

What a big big dissapointment, but so consistent with MNS

This company keeps on paying people to work with them, and and announcing it as major progress.....very much the same for the battery plant.

I would say that the marketing department really earn their wages at this company, but all staff, mgmt & board members have changed over the last 5 years (in some cases multiple times).....the only consistent is Frank Poullas......good on you Frank.....that $300k (plus options) is likely to add another double digit gain to the price
