Yep, this is an unbelievably good deal for Traxys, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better one for any company.
Their two outcomes are;
1. MNS can't meet the strict 9 month timeframe and they get $300k odd for signing a piece of paper with no obligation to do anything
2. MNS meet the strict time frames and start production at Nachu, in which case their share price is going well higher and Traxys make a stack of cash on both shares an options even if they just on-sell the graphite for no profit (but they likely get commission for sales, so really they're still making $$)
Honestly win win for Traxys, their management must be sharp
