Congrats to holders, I’m not fully across the finer workings after a quick glance, but it looks like JB has put together a deal that could reward all, complex boxes need to be ticked, but the real work starts now. I always throw any eye over or keep an ear out for WFE out of interest in being an ex-holder (shafted by the KD crew, previous to current mgt) and continuing my DD, given the fact that my main Li holding engages the same “strategic advisor”, which I hold in high regard... but checks & measures are a requirement of investing.

GLTA moving forward, I will be watching as the company moves towards resumption of trade.
