From page 3:
“The Company securities will continue to remain in voluntary suspension, following the release of this announcement. The Company is preparing a more detailed announcement on the acquisitions and to satisfy ASX that all relevant information required under Guidance Note 12: Change to Activities has been announced to the market. This announcement will be released as soon as possible in consultation with ASX. Once released, it is anticipated that the Company’s shares will continue to trade until shareholders approve the acquisitions.”
So I was correct that it resumes trading once all the aquisition details are provided that are in the process of being concluded. Then we can trchnicallly commence trading until the general meeting to be organised to conclude the aquisition after which the recompliance process will commence and progress for about 4-8 weeks.
Now the question is when the acquisitions will be concluded and released to market. Will it all be concluded by 6 th August? However only once everything is finalised can the general meeting be called to approve the transactions.
