The extremely important statement in the Orecorp announcement was :---
"The Ministry of Minerals has indicated the SML will be granted following completion of the 100%
ownership of the Project by OTL."
IMO it is therefore a given that Peak will soon receive its SML, before Orecorp ,as Peak has already completed all the required tasks as requested by the Tanzanian Govt.
