Or the Tanzanian Gvmt decide to make a big deal out of issuing the 1st two SML's given out in 10+years (17 as someone kindly pointed out I believe), I mean why water it down by announcing one first as it could also make the awarding of the 2nd look somewhat "normal", which of course it is not. Either way I firmly believe it is coming very soon with the final box now ell and truly ticked !!
Oh and great timing for the announcement by both the US and China re the new tariff rates on Rare Earths !!
