Signing of the formal sales agreement was due by yesterday. Dunno whether that has happened or whether the Board intends to keep the market apprised. If it's still on-track the cash is due upon Completion (settlement) which is unlikely to happen before, say, mid/late-June (i.e. after CPs satisfied or waived).
Sans a dedicated market update the next news flow date is the quarterly which is due by EOM.
