Woah. Signed HoA seriously derisks all of 4CE's current mining activities and will dramatically improve the efficiency of operations going forward. The grounds acquired through the JV sound very promising too - pegmatite over a very large distance (and width) at grades around 2%.

And the CR is pretty impressive: Raising $3M (oversubscribed) and at the last closing price ($0.05)..? I'm quite sure this will follow the same pattern as BGS that recently raised $3M @ $0.38 - share price a week later now $0.57. Why? Similar pattern - stock get's traded down to a low, CR initiated at low, major FA catalysts in place, hot sector... And Pow.
