Your comment makes no sense. Share prices do not get diluted. Voting power gets diluted. If I have a business with 1 share and worth $1 and I own 100% of it I'm worth $1. Now if I raise $1 by issuing someone else a share I have a business worth $1 and $1 cash and I own 50% of it I'm still worth $1.
This looks like a really good deal to me.
