Even if Tony Sage is a dodgy businessman, we need to remember that he is holding approx 151M shares (direct and indirect) and 1.5M options of the company. That's 21% of the company post execution of JV agreement. He has a lot of skin in the game so I don't see any reason why he would pursue assets that would destroy the company.
Katanga mining more than quadrupled it's market cap in the last few months and is now worth $1.125B.
I don't see much downside on this one and I'm not going to be manipulated by negativities into selling at a much lower price.
