    Hey Hank, why would DKSH sign a "binding" offtake if they did not think they could find buyers / partners who will pay for the product and use the product.?

    I think that it was a terrific announcement and will go a long way to locking in the finance. It would not surprise me if finance is not already approved pending Tivan environmental approvals and MMP approvals. The lower Au dollar against the US dollar will be helping things also.
