You obviously don't care about accurate information regarding timelines and price. Then again, you don't hold so maybe you do.
All Cudeco has ever had to do is give some nearly accurate numbers, both cost and timelines. Afterall these are well paid professionals running the outfit, yet we don't get that, as in the investing public (and the aussie institutions for that matter).
Todays announcement about Sinosteel finishing the electricals for either cash or shares, great, but how many shares or how much interest free cash, you know the important bits?

Every announcement is easy to pick on because they usually leave out the crucial information needed to make an investment decision with, today being no exception. If today's MOU ends up with an interest free loan, obviously the best outcome for shareholders, then CDU will have more net debt, 50% more shares and only about 60% of the mineable resource of SFR, who discovered their copper 3 years after CDU.


Have you had a look at the SFR threads? Notice how there is not the bagging of the company that there is here, and for a very good reason. They have given the numbers and the timeframes and usually delivered very close to them, so there is not much to bag them on.

A simple example from CDU is the statement in the Sept quarterly that commissioning would start towards the end of 2014, a statement issued on the 29th of October, yet the company had not even awarded the tenders for the installation of the electricals. Part of the electricals, the switchrooms were not even expected to be delivered until the middle of December, so commissioning by the end of 2014 really wasn't on, yet they put it in writing!!

They leave themselves wide open for criticism, plain and simple, yet other companies like SFR don't seem to do that. So other companies like SFR just don't get the bagging, because there is nothing/or very little to bag them on.
