Binding MOU ? isnt and MOU just a memorandum of understanding ? its not a binding contract is it - What was the $$$ amount quoted ? - presumably less than the up to $35m quotes that were hypothesized post AGM - How many shares to be issued and at what price ? my "guess " would be at least 20m shares ? but why not just say instead of leaving more fodder for Hot copper conjecture
