Take a view from the other side. Their shareholders would be questioning why they just gave away 50% of conversion plant and their IP and expertise.......and further they just had to lock in and agree to link the cost of their raw material to the price of lithium carbonate - of which some analysts have been suggesting 90% margins over the past year.
