I can only say that from a research perspective the market still does not understand new energy and where PLS will fit into the picture. Pilgangoora is not only important, it is crucial to the world supply of lithium post 2018 and so many people obviously do not get it,

This does need a lot more marketing. We have the perfect vehicle for multiple marketing channel whereby the new energy story leads into the PLS story. I'm a marketing person and this is a marketers dream.

A 12% rise considering where we were coming from is chicken feed. The announcement maybe dampened by the non disclosure of who the agreement is with. That detail is likely to give a second leg up if it's a good one.
They certainly do not sound like a minor player.
