Very insightful and informative 1st post. Yep... if I am not happy with a decision, I should just sell and move on!
The only time I would do this is if a decision has been made that has ongoing consequences that I do not like. This is a once off transaction.. what is done is done... and my point has clearly been that it was at too big a discount... not that we should not have signed an agreement... or that we should not have given them a slice of the pie... but why not offer them shares at say a 2% premium to the share price? Would have excited the market even further as it would have clearly indicated that the shares were under valued. If any company right now wanted to pickup up 35mil shares on the market, could you imagine what price they would have to pay for PLS in order to do this?
