The market is forward looking and we are about to break open the lithium oligopoly. Although the the businesses are diversified we have:
Albermarle - $9.15B
Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile - $7.05B
FMC - $6.16B
I think $700M is fairly cheap considering the competition
