When playing with other peoples money and shareholdings these deals are too easy to make. There should be an ASIC rule when companies plan to make a large dilutive capital raising requiring the company to advise, consult and possibly have shareholders vote on these decisions. Considering existing shareholders own the company, not the management, this ruling would prevent a few people making poor decisions.
