Maybe TEG should look at being a little more prudent and reduce some admin overheads along with a general cost cutting effort to get the next twelve to twenty-four months. Show shareholders by way of continued communication and defined actions to reduce all costs moving forward
By all means set up something to reward themselves (admin) when it all comes together.
THEN eventually we all have a WIN - bosses should being giving shareholders some sort of indication that TEG is for all of us, businesses need to be very aware of costs at all times and show leadership. I guess if prices stay up we will get there, if they come down we need to be very well planned !
