To be honest I have no problem with any MD being paid very well for working hard for the long term benefits of any company's owner's/shareholders as long as they continue to add value to the company, here with the Board of Auz and it's management it seems they just continue to take at every opportune moment when one considers what has transpired in the past.

Another concern is that the Board continue to give our free shares to themselves off the back of achieving very little, that wasn't already achieved and paid for by further dilution on holders, if they gave themselves options in lieu of hitting targets then that would be considered fair in terms of having the Director's working hard to achieve value for the Company and it's owner's and shareholders, but they don't which everyone can clearly see and that is not good as the last AGM's Resolutions showed how greedy they really are.

In other words get funding then put your heads in the trough.
