Yes my bad should of realised no one is indispensable in these current days and if your not doing the job that you were untrusted with whether that be a truck driver or a Director of a company then it's only common sense to replace those who don't deliver, one would have to envisage that certain directors are within the realms of being replaced due to the fact they have failed miserably to get the job done and by looking at the past 3 Remuneration Reports each an every report was voted against by over 25% of shareholders just shows there are many who agree that replacements are required because this board has no ability in delivering the required goods for either past or present holder's.
