Correct me if I am wrong but, wasn't the Government assistance/funding dependent on getting an offtake/finance agreement?
Wasn't a finance agreement an issue because they needed an offtake agreement first?
Wasn't an off-take agreement an issue because companies want to see a finance agreement?
This is huge IMO... you get one and you get them all.
