Can only say this to you this Board has consolidated your holding, it's most probably going to be around 20cps once done, the company will continue to loose significant amounts up until the date of finalisation of funding, as only 1 company in a 100 succeed after a Consolidation and with this company's directors and track record that is very unlikely to happen and so the SP could very well be trading between "12 & 15cps" when that time comes and for very good reasons.

Seems the BoD are tracking in the right direction to achieve those price targets by way of doing nothing, but hey I could be wrong it could hit 10cps before June at this rate of decline, wonder what the rusted on will say about the Company and those in charge then.
