What amazes me across all stocks is that people point to a date.
I.e "it doesn't have to be settled until June 30. We still have 7 days"
Now seriously, with something this big you would expect any extension to be done at the start of June.
Unless they just have no idea what they are doing.
It's a simple as contacting the partner and saying 'at this stage June 30 looks doubtful. Are we going to extend?'
I really doubt the partner comes back with 'we'll make our minds up at midnight on the 28th'.
