Guys remember this off-take agreement is useless without financing, so the focus should now be on that. No finance, no deal, consider all the options for financing. Debt, or Equity are the two options, Equity is almost off the table, company has just too many shares, debt requires some guarantees and even then the numbers I'm hearing are massive so would require multiple sources.
Its just interesting to watch how this pans out.
