This indeed is the key issue. While the off take partner is a better bet than SK, we are left with the same substandard management team that struggles to get funding in place. Lets see if they have learnt anything from their past sad performance ..at least by now they should have a bunch of financing options including NAÏF ready to go? Shareholders have been diluted by 70% since the SKI debacle. Hope its not another Same ol same ol !!
