Just reading your post trying to understand. Can see how announcement could be misinterpreted and how you arrived at 11,833 t/pa.

This - "expected 12,730 tpa contained nickel output" - where has this been taken from?

BFS - "Sconi to generate $5billion in free cashflow" 13 jun 19 - page 15
- expected production of NiSO4 61,000 t/pa , CoSO4 10,100 t/pa

Even PCAM scoping study announcement 2 jun 21 - figures quoted dont come close to yours -

"Ausenco considered a proposed production rate for the Sconi P-CAM plant of:
o 25,708 tonnes per year of NCM 811 P-CAM plus
o 4,778 tonnes per year of NCM 622 P-CAM"
