So to all those who continually state that LG is not injecting any funds into this deal - how do you know that? Have I missed something? Has a copy of the BOA been released?
There is a good chance that LG may advance purchase output. I'm sure some form of advance of funds would have been on the negotiation agenda as it is probably the most critical part of the deal but I am just as sure that info would not be released until the funding package as a whole is released.
LG needs this to happen, AUZ needs this to happen and I believe that it is happening .
