After reading how far down the line Baden Württemberg state Gov is with Muncipalities who have to document their emmissions and have to show a plan to how to reduce them.
Geothermal wells is the obvious solution and suggested by Baden Württemberg as an option to seriously consider.
VUL will be offering employment opportunities.
No Good German would want to hinder this progress.
