Traxys will not be operating in vacuum. LPD and Traxys will be working collaboratively on who will buy the specialist chemical products, including the contract terms.
The OT agreement with Traxys is strategic partnership that can be expected to delivery benefits to investors far in excess of what could be achieved if LPD was to market Li and principal by-products directly.
