How can this be possible when the DFS only contemplated LiOH prices of US$13,000/MT and the spot price is and will likely be for several years more than double this - around US$30,000/MT and perhaps closer to US$40,000/MT in time to come.

This was playing on my mind all day and I almost hit the sell button after holding for 4 years. Perhaps others sold because of this also??. Maybe the company stuffed up in what they were trying to say??

The company needs to explain this. Do they plan on giving the product away at less than half the spot price???. Who would do that in such a hot market where other Lithium producers are selling lots of volume on spot and making their contracted customers cough up and get closer to the spot price.

I would have expected the statement something to the effect of the Revenues under the agreement ARE EXPECTED TO BE MATERIALLY HIGHER THAN THOSE ASSUMED IN THE DFS! based on recent Lithium Hydroxide Pricing!!!.

Something weird going on here. Has the company sold their soul for peanuts????.

A few unanswered questions. I'm holding for now to see what eventuates but I wasn't overly impressed with the deal. IF they had secured finance for the plant as part of the deal, then OK, but they did not!!.
