Their repetitive posts spouting the same thing ad naseum multiple times daily, at all hours of the day and night, for months on end, reeks of multiple users behind the account, paid agenda and desperation. You won't get any sense out of them and imo it's mostly self-defeating to engage with that sort of ludicrous behaviour.
