The numbers will be binding IF offtake is signed off. We have every reason at this stage to think a binding agreement will result from the term sheet but it’s not in the bag yet. Finance group may want binding agreement signed before fully committing. Fantastic if they don’t but realistically having 10ktpa locked in 100% and up to 20ktpa possible removes a huge risk from the project.
