That is a good pick up, but now that KOCH are on the scene that may change .

LG taking a stake in ASN more than likely would be dilutive where as if KOCH may not.

KOCH have a lot more to offer and gain from investing in our project than I think LGES have to offer, besides an offtake, There are other battery makers in the USA besides LG who I'm sure would like our product.

The other interesting piece of info I worked out is that the OT was to supply 99.5% BGLC.

Product:Lithium Carbonate battery grade 99.5%.

So now ASN can make 99.95% BGLC cheaply and consistently (to be officially verified) will be a big game changer.

..and will fetch a higher premium..
