    Next false assertion of yours is they need infrastructure,
    Here's their infrastructure, very nice eh..

    Your next false ascertion is that ASN need a BFS, ASN have never stated this ever, a DFS can suffice and it appears EXIM are happy with that..

    next is permitting, ASN have compiled most of there permits already with only a LMO and construction permit to go.
