the whole point of the EXIM Loan is to build major infrastructure and the like, mining plant, ponds , all that is needed for a mining operation once and if all tests studies permits exploration results are completed and successful.

Things are progressing well here, of course the board have faced issues in terms of a poor Lithium market, low prices, Greenies making noise , but you 4 just dont understand the complexities of starting a mining operation from an explorer/developer.
