"sell your RWD and invest in a winner"

AMN has a great team. They have done a fantastic job with Lake Mackay. The DFS is impressive, so much so that it looks too good to be true. Can't argue with the off take.
They are short on NT agreements which no doubt they will get. The environmental approval is the big ticket item missing and is at least 12 months away.
RWD don't say much, they appear to not do much yet they have the big ticket environmental approval and the NT agreement they need which includes access. They don't have a bankable feasibility study but when they do it is highly likely they will get significant NAIF support like AMN. It is also highly likely they will be awarded Major Project status. Every hurdle facing RWD is now within their control unlike AMN.
The projects are more similar than dissimilar with RWD being closer to port by 200km, that is partly why I say the AMN DFS looks too good to true. Many of these SOP projects, selling the same product from the same place, mining in the same way, look too good to be true when compared.
It is long forgotten that RWD offloaded the AMN project, maybe they made a mistake but I think the reason was considered. Whilst there was a stalemate with CDNTS, it is inconceivable the person who started this modern WA SOP boom would surrender his best resource. For this reason I believe RWD has an outstanding resource, under appreciated by many investors.
AMN has great prospects but RWD looks compelling value at almost 1/5th the MC of AMN. They have done much more than people think and have much less to do than many think. RWD will probably need $200M less capital than AMN. This is a significant amount. AMN have gone with wet harvesting and that appears to add significant cost upfront with lower operating costs later.
RWD is in a great position now. They don't have a DFS yet but they have a very good PFS. Any JV partner interested in RWD knows they have no significant regulatory barriers to mining. Same applies to an offtaker. A JV partner could walk in, look at the PFS, look at the Bechtel review and fast track a DFS knowing it's game on, no barriers. AMN isn't in that position yet.
With a MC at 1/5 that of AMN I don't think I will be selling. If I had a significant position in AMN I wouldn't be selling that either.
    Cheers
