You have to wonder if the $20M paid for something magic in the brine.
Look at the recent announcement by AMN and compare with SO4 and if looks like SO4 managed to conduct trials faster (in a lower evaporation zone?), used the same labs in Perth and Canada and managed to produce a spec sheet product that commands s 20% premium.
It will be interesting to see if that is how things play out.
I presume you consider the deal a steal because you are hoping for adjacent tenements to be purchased.
