Excellent post, mate. The acquisition looks very good and will cost very little and have minimal impact on EQN funds and management to do desktop studies to understand its true potential.
A win win IMO.
I would also add that EQN simply caught up on the big red day that everyone else felt on Monday while we were in a trading halt.
