This is a great acquisition, at the time of the initial agreement I think most of us agreed the this would happen and is a no brainer.
$10m, given implied annualised profit of $1m seems a good deal given it's a capability play and not a profit play.
Issue price of 7.5, is what 38% up on today's close but most likely what the price when they negotiations got serious.
Lets hope this gets closed out quickly and adds to the growth story
