At the current share price the shares being issued to Invigo are actually worth $7.2 million. They've accepted the acquisition at a discount and with the majority of their shares being placed in escrow. That's a very good sign to me! If they thought the shares wouldn't be worth far more at a later date they would take the cash and run!
